Shipping and delivery

SHIPPING:

Your order ships directly from our in house garage studio, not a drop shipper or warehouse. Most orders ship within 3 business days. We only put work for sale that's already made and in stock and you can check on the inventory tab next to the product description tab on each product page. We may offer preorders in the future.

We do offer local in person sales pick up for those in the Austin TX area. Please contact us if you are interested in doing so.

All products are shipped USPS. Please allow 1-7 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped. DAWN 11:11 is not responsible for shipping times and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping insurance is purchased with your order.

LOST/UNDELIVERED:

Unfortunately, Packages/Orders that are lost in transit or undelivered can not be traced or dealt with unless you have purchased Priority Shipping with Tracking.**STOLEN PACKAGES** Are NOT our Responsibility. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If you choose "Priority Shipping or Priority Express Shipping" your order will be Tracked and Insured, if you choose "First Class Shipping" your order is NOT Tracked or Insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent First Class, this is your choice, choose wisely.

**On Average International Orders take 15 days to arrive once they have shipped. International Orders that are shipped via the First Class option will be tracked by USPS up until the time they leave the Country (USA), after that tracking becomes unavailable and the situation is out of our hands entirely. If you would like USPS to continue Tracking your shipment until it arrives at your specified shipping destination you must select and pay for the Priority Shipping Option.

** It is your responsibility to know your countries Customs Fees/Duty. You, the Purchaser are responsible for any customs/importation taxes or fees. We NEVER collect these fees, you have paid us for shipping only.
